Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that conventional outsourcing is based on an individual contract and individual management according to the outsourcing type of the operation of a customer system, the development of the customer system, the maintenance of the customer system or the like, and comprehensive outsourcing has been desired in which a same customer and a same outsourcer comprehensively conclude a contract for more than one type of outsourcing, but an appropriate tool for managing it is not provided. SOLUTION: Comprehensive outsourcing management can be efficiently performed by a system having: a comprehensive helpdesk service that requests service for an outsourcing center management server unique to the every type of outsourcing; and a comprehensive outsourcing collaboration server that relays the service request to receive and analyze, transmits it to a suitable outsourcing center management server, relays a service execution report corresponding to the request from the outsourcing center management server to receive and analyze the report, and transmits the report to the comprehensive helpdesk device.
