Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus which can efficiently collect data on each of facilities measured with it and store them in a data base within a system for the maintenance and management of the facilities independently of the locations where the facilities to be diagnosed are installed. SOLUTION: The methering apparatus is provided with a Web server function 25 which sends and receives information via a network, a measuring part 28 which measures the facilities to be diagnosed, a check information holding part which holds check information on the facilities to be diagnosed and renews the check information held with new check information it receives when the Web server function receives the new check information, and a measurement control part 26 which controls the measuring part based on the check information held in the check information holding part.
