Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized fluorescence detector capable of detecting the emission intensity of fluorescence with high sensibility. SOLUTION: At least a pair of photodiodes 80, 80-1 and a pair of amplifying transistor circuits 6, 6-1 amplifying the electric charge being photoelectrically converted by the pair of photodiodes respectively are formed in a semiconductor substrate 7, and a container 14 made of a transparent material where a liquid vessel 13 into which solution containing a fluorescent material is introduced is formed opposite to one of the pair of photodiodes 80 and light shielding layers 12, 12-1 and 12-2 which are opposite to both the other of pair of photodiodes 81 and the signal detecting transistor circuit are arranged on the semiconductor substrate, and the intensity of fluorescence excited by exciting light 16 is measured by subtracting a detected signal of the photodiode from that of the other photodiode.
