FLOW CELL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow cell device which enables sampled liquid containing particles to flow in an ultra-flat shape at a high speed and can effectively and accurately take an image of the particle. SOLUTION: The flow cell device 1 which forms sheath flow where the sampled liquid is surrounded by sheath liquid, is made up so as to form the flow of the sampled liquid flatly with a thin thickness and a wide width, to form a flow channel for increasing the flow speed of the sampled liquid and to form parallel flows for carrying out the measurement at a downstream position of the flow channel for increasing the flow speed. Thereby, the sample can be rapidly and accurately measured, and the measurement accuracy and efficiency are improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
