Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system causing no condensation on a floor slab, a beam, a ceiling member, or a hang bolt for an indoor unit caused by intake of outside air. SOLUTION: An air conditioner 1 that distributes air into a space to be air-conditioned and a space not to be air-conditioned is provided. The air conditioner 1 has a skeleton heat storage function cooling or heating a part of building by air blown into the space not to be air-conditioned to store cold/warm heat. In a cooling season, a predetermined time lag is set between a completion time of cooling skeleton heat storage and a start time of cooling, and the air conditioner is stopped during the time lag.
