Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively removing a coarse particle generated mainly in the polymerization process and producing a high-quality vinyl chloride-based resin and also to provide a vinyl chloride-based resin obtained by using the same. SOLUTION: The production method of the vinyl chloride-based resin is characterized in that a vinyl chloride-based polymer latex obtained by emulsion- polymerizing or fine suspension polymerizing a vinyl chloride monomer or a mixture thereof with a monomer copolymerized therewith is treated by using a centrifugal separator and then, subjected to solid-liquid separation.
