CONCRETE HAMMER IDLE-STRIKE PREVENTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete hammer idle-strike preventer that makes air intake from an airway 108 to an air intake and exhaust vent 107 better to have no idle strike even though the airway 108 that communicate to the air intake and exhaust vent 107 at the back is narrow. SOLUTION: The concrete hammer, which reciprocates a hammer 4 by reciprocating a piston 3 inside a cylinder 2 having a front air intake and exhaust vent 10 and a back air intake and exhaust vent 7, and gives striking force to the point of a tool 5 via an adapter 6 having the point of the tool 5, is provided with an airway 8 formed inside between the point and the back end of a shell 1 that stores the cylinder 2 and a ring groove 13 at the position opposite to the back air intake and exhaust vent 7 provided in the cylinder 2 to communicate to the airway 8.
