DEVICE BASE USED FOR RECLINING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make part of a load repeatedly acted in the longitudinal direction load on the rear cross beam of the square pipe to lighten the longitudinal connection member and to make the member easily positioned and attached. SOLUTION: This device base is equipped with the front mount flange 13 which is projected from the base lower end 11 to the base side face 12 in front and fixed to the longitudinal connection member 31 of the seat cushion frame 30, and the rear mount flange 15 which is defined by the front downward tilted side 17 and the rear downward tilted side 18 corresponding to two pipe faces 34, 35 to be in the upper side in the rear cross beam 33 of the square pipe placed on the seat cushion frame 30 in a condition four pipe faces are obliquely placed against the attaching face 32 of the longitudinal connection member 31.
