Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device in which heat possessed by a semiconductor laser and a control IC, etc., can be dissipated to the outside, and optical coupling is stable. SOLUTION: There are provided an optical fiber 14 optically coupled with a semiconductor laser device 10 and the like, a substrate 100 on which the former members are packaged, a control IC 13 for controlling the semiconductor laser device 10 and the like, and a case 1 for containing the optical fiber 14 therein. The control IC 13 is disposed in the vicinity of the semiconductor laser device 10, etc., and a heat dissipation section 110 is provided for guiding heat produced in the IC 13 to the outside after passage through a bottom of the case 1, whereby a predetermined output is ensured from the optical fiber 14.
