CARRIER OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the space efficiency while reducing the cost by reducing the movable part. SOLUTION: The carrier of electronic component comprises a section 12 for mounting a tray T while keeping a space under the tray T, a table 1 for elevating/lowering the mounting section 12, and a carrying table 2 with an arm part 21 movable into the space under a tray T located at a specified height while being mounted at the mounting section 12. After the elevating/lowering table 1 mounting the tray T is stopped at the specified height and the carrying table 2 is advanced to the elevating/lowering table 1 side, the elevating/lowering table 1 is lowered and the tray T is delivered to the carrying table 2. The carrying table 2 mounting the tray T is advanced and the elevating/lowering table 1 is elevated to the specified height and then the carrying table 2 is retracted before the tray T is delivered to the elevating/lowering table 1. The tray T containing an electronic component 3 is carried to a component sampler while being mounted on the carrying table 2 and then shifted by the component sampler to a specified position.
