Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make receivable a response message for a request message between a controller and an electronic mail (e-mail) remote monitor and control device, and to make returnable a response message for a request message even when a plurality of controllers and a plurality of remote monitor and control devices exist in a remote monitor and control system using e-mail. SOLUTION: A request message and its response message are communicable even between a controller and an e-mail monitor and control device by installing an e-mail gateway to make a message itself communicated between controllers also reachable to the e-mail remote monitor and control devices. By mounting an Invoke- ID (message identifier) management table for managing request messages, the request message and the response message can be communicated between the plurality of controllers and the plurality of e-mail remote monitor and control devices.
