Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater for a pressure vessel for simplifying manufacturing work. SOLUTION: This heater has a tank 41 having an opening upper surface, an elastic seal member 89 placed on an upper surface of a peripheral edge part 43 of an opening, and jack mechanisms 91 and 93 for pushing the tank 41 upward. A heat medium passage 57 for flowing a heated heat medium is formed in a bottom part of the tank 41. The tank 41 is formed of a heat resistant resin together with the heat medium passage 57. The heat medium passage 57 forms a groove toward the inside surface side from the outside surface side of the bottom of the tank 41 in a part of the bottom of the tank 41, and is formed by watertightly installing a plate-like member 51 formed of a heat resistant resin on an outside surface of the bottom for forming this groove. Thus, the heater for the pressure vessel is manufactured by resin molding, so that the manufacturing work is simplified.
