Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmitting device capable of requiring lower cost, simplifying management and achieving a lighter weight and god responsiveness by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The rotation transmitting device comprises a holder 6 assembled between an inward member 2 and an outward member 3 coaxially and rotatably fitted to each other, a roller 8 supported by the holder 6, an armature 20 arranged at the end of the holder 6, an electromagnetic coil 21 mounted on a fixing member, and a rotor 17 for performing and canceling the attraction of the armature 20 with the electromagnetic coil 21 turned on and off, whereby work is done for engagement and disengagement between the inward member 2 and the outward member 3. The armature 20 is integrally formed at the end of the holder 6 to reduce the number of parts.
