Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce breakage of a column and a beam in case of an earthquake in a fixing structure of a reinforced concrete building. SOLUTION: The lower end (material end) of the column 1 is fixed to a footing 2 by a continuous reinforcing bar 10 passing through the column (component) and the footing 2 (base part). At the lower end part of the column 1, a reinforcing cylinder 20 is mounted in the outer periphery of the reinforcing bar 10. In the reinforcing bar 10, the bond strength to the reinforcing cylinder 20 is enough in an area (a first area N) extending from the upper end of the reinforcing cylinder 20 to a designated length. In the area (a second area Y) with a designated length from the lower end, the bond strength to the reinforcing cylinder 20 is substantially zero (unbond state). The second area Y is a yield estimated part which yields prior to other parts in case of an earthquake. |
