Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA vaccine for performing an immune response induction by using 1 kind of glycoprotein constituting Hirame Rhabdovirus, for providing an effective vaccine against the Hirame Rhabdovirus which is a virus infecting with a flatfish, as a prevention for the infection. SOLUTION: This DNA vaccine effective for the prevention of the infection with the Hirame Rhabdovirus is obtained by preparing a DNA plasmid having a gene encoding the glycoprotein of the Hirame Rhabdovirus and inoculating it to the flatfish.
