Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant composition having an excellent dispersing performance and defoaming performance in a small amount of addition when used to disperse an inorganic powder and exhibiting an excellent viscosity lowering effect. SOLUTION: The dispersant composition comprises (A) 20-80 wt.% acetylene glycol or ethoxylated body of acetylene glycol and (B) 20-80 wt.% graft product of an allyl alcohol-maleic anhydride-styrene copolymer consisting of (a) 25-40 mol% allyl alcohol units, (b) 25-40 mol% maleic anhydride units and (c) 25-40 mol% styrene units and having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-50,000 and a polyoxyalkylene monoalkyl ether.
