Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massaging instrument capable of increasing/reducing the massaging force according to a user's liking and easily pressing the stiffened shoulders with such simple motions as leaning the user's body backward or lowering the user's knee downward with a footrest part 5 put into the rear side of the knee and the massager 1 held by hand. SOLUTION: In the massager, an extension part 4 is formed under a grip part 3 of a bending part 2, and the footrest part 5 is attached to the lower end of the extension part 4.
