Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output control method and an output controller of a battery in which the characteristics of a small and lightweight battery are not damaged even when an output is required momentarily after long term stocking. SOLUTION: In place of a conventional method for supplying power of a battery to a load, a short-circuited discharging step for conducting the opposite electrodes of the battery through a resistor for bypassing a load to limit the current, and a step for interrupting conduction of the opposite electrodes following to the short circuit discharge step and supplying power to the load are provided.
