Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing member of a closure for a cable connection section for preventing flooding to a cable connection section when the closure for a cable connection section is inclined and installed. SOLUTION: The sealing member 10 comprises a pair of seal bases 12 that are formed in one piece via a hinge section 11, and a rubber sealing section 13 that is provided at each seal base 12. At the position of each cable insertion section 15b in a butt surface 13a in the sealing section 13, seal ribs 18 extended in a truncated chevron shape project opposingly to form a cut-out section 19 for inserting a cable. At the inside of each seal rib 18 on the butt surface 13a at the seal section 13, seal ribs 20 that are continuously extended in the arrangement direction of the cable insertion section 15b project opposingly.
