METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PROVIDING COMMUNICATION SERVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for providing communication service, which can economically provide users with such service that information receivers can acquire information freely, while restricting the information receivers in a stadium. SOLUTION: In this communication service providing method which delivers information such as an image, etc., to a radio terminal in answer to the request from the above radio terminal, an area where the above radio communication terminal having issued the request is identified, and the offer of information to a radio communication terminal existing outside a region registered in advance is limited. This system judges whether the region where the user exists is within an area of the object of service offer or not by the ID of a radio base station which has relayed the request for connection from a radio communication terminal to a server.
