PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor with which information for specific area can be individually and appropriately acquired. SOLUTION: A first area identifier for identifying the area and data are stored in a first area identifier storage part 26. A second area identifier for identifying the area and a related area identifier for identifying an area related to the area identified by the second area identifier are stored in a second area identifier storage part 30. On the basis of the first area identifier stored in the first area identifier storage part 26, the second area identifier and the related area identifier stored in the second area identifier storage part 30, a decision part 28 determines whether or not the data stored in the first area identifier storage part 26 are to be recorded. When the decision part 28 determines that the data are to be recorded, the data are recorded by a data recording part 42.
