Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of the whole solar battery module without lowering its efficiency by avoiding formation of an unnecessary antireflection layer and suppressing the cost of materials low for increasing light receiving efficiency. SOLUTION: A light receiving side side of a solar battery cell unit 13 is protected by glass 11 and a reflection-reducing coating layer 15 is attached to the surface of the glass 11. This reflection reducing coating layer 15 is formed to a necessary thickness only at parts 11a right above respective solar battery cells 131, and is reduced in thickness even to zero at parts 11b other than the parts 11a.
