SOLUTION: A light receiving side side of a solar battery cell unit 13 is protected by glass 11 and a reflection-reducing coating layer 15 is attached to the surface of the glass 11. This reflection reducing coating layer 15 is formed to a necessary thickness only at parts 11a right above respective solar battery cells 131, and is reduced in thickness even to zero at parts 11b other than the parts 11a. |
