Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of protecting a system and shortening start time under a low-temperature environment. SOLUTION: For the fuel cell system equipped with a fuel cell 1, a water tank 2 for cooling water, a cooling water supply line 15 from the water tank 2 to the fuel cell 1, an antifreeze line 16 for cooling the cooling water, a heat exchanger 3 for conducting heat exchange between the cooling water supply line 15 and the antifreeze line 16 and a heating device 4 for maintaining the temperature of the fuel cell 1 at low temperature, the fuel cell 1, water tank 2, cooling water supply line 15, heat exchanger 3 and heating device 4, and a part of the antifreeze line 16 are covered with an heat-insulating material layer 9, and the heat exchanger 3 is covered with a heat-accumulating material layer 10.
