Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently fill solution corresponding to a wide variety of outer cans of a battery or a capacitor, and convey it. SOLUTION: A solution filling device is provided with a carrier 2 wherein a plural number of cans are loaded in a prescribed arrangement, a supply- discharge mechanism 3 to move this carrier 2 and a solution filling mechanism to airtightly make a nozzle 15 adhere to a solution opening of the can 1 and fill the solution into it. The solution filling mechanism is provided with a plural number of the nozzles 15 whose number is less than that of the cans 1 to be loaded to the carrier 2 and arranges and installs tips of respective nozzles 15 at relative positions where they can be coupled with the openings. Further, the solution filling mechanism is provided with a horizontally moving mechanism to move the carrier 2 in the horizontal direction. The device couples respective nozzles 15 with the openings, injects solution into the same number of the cans 1 as that of the nozzles 15 and also injects solution into all the sheath cans 1 by moving the positions of the carrier 2 and the nozzles 15 in a horizontal direction with the horizontal displacement mechanism and by coupling the openings of the rest of the sheath cans 1 with the nozzles 15. |
