Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash card certification system by a cellular phone with a GPS function capable of preventing an incorrect use of a cash card. SOLUTION: A cellular phone with the GPS function for specifying a position of the user and the credit card are together possessed by the user. In order to specify a debit card terminal at a member store or an installation location of ATM of a bank, a GPS receiver is arranged at the debit card terminal or the ATM. In the case where a charge for the commodity or a provided service is paid or money is drawn from an account, a position information of the user is transmitted to a GPS service company 3 through a carrier and a position information of the debit card terminal or the ATM is further transmitted to the GPS service company through a settlement of account execution service company. A position of the user and an installation location of the debit card terminal or the ATM are checked at the GPS service company and only when both positions are coincident with each other, a usage of the credit card is certified.
