Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare and edit a web page by an optional user terminal. SOLUTION: An editing flag is attached by an editing flag attaching part 206 to web page data to be prepared and edited, and the web page data is sent to the user terminal 103 in an editable state. In response to an edit command from the user terminal 103, a web server 101 generates edited web page data by a source code generation part 210 or stores it in a web page file storing part 208. A process of preparing or editing the web page is executed by the web page just by sending the editing command to the web server 101 while browsing the web page displayed in the user terminal 103, and the web page can be easily prepared and edited by the optional user terminal.
