Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device in which a driving transistor for alternated signal is prevented from being thermally destroyed. SOLUTION: An alternated signal is inputted to four driving transistors 13-1, 13-2, 13-3, 13-4 consisting of the driving transistors arranged side by side and fed to 80 bits output circuits 20-1 to 20-80. The output circuits 20-1 to 20-80 are divided by every 20 bits, and the outputs of the four driving transistors 13-1, 13-2, 13-3, 13-4 are supplied to 20 bits of output circuits, respectively. Moreover, the driving inverters (consisting of transistors) 13-1, 13-2, 13-3, 13-4 are stacked vertically in two stages of N-channel type transistors.
