PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately clean a photoreceptor drum 1 by a simple structure by preventing curling of a cleaning blade 6 used for cleaning the photoreceptor drum of an image forming device of an inversion development system. SOLUTION: Grinding layers 14, each having a high resistance and serving as a resistant layer that does not transfer-electrify the photoreceptor drum 1, are formed on the surface of a transfer roller 10 that contacts areas, indicated by oblique lines, which are within the primary electrifying area of the photoreceptor drum 1 and outside a transfer-electrifying area and in which lubricant on the cleaning blade is electrically scraped off easily. Thus, the areas of the photoreceptor drum 1, indicated by the oblique lines, are ground. The coefficient of friction between the cleaning blade and the photoreceptor drum 1 is maximum in the areas indicated by oblique lines.
