FLEXIBLE FILM DAM AND FLEXIBLE FILM DAM INSTALLING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible film dam easy in manufacture and installation to a base even if the dam is enlarged, and facilitating repairing and replacement, and a flexible film dam installing structure for installing and processing this flexible film dam on the base. SOLUTION: A flexible film 18 is formed as a three-layer structure having vertically arranged rubber film bodies 20 and 22, and a reinforcing wire body 24 arranged between these rubber film bodies 20 and 22, and separated from the rubber film bodies 20 and 22. Since the rubber film body 20 shares the action for maintaining sealing performance of the flexible film 18 and the reinforcing wire body 24 shares the action for maintaining strength, airtightness, strength, and rising stability can be secured without excessively thickening the whole flexible film 18. Thus, the flexible film 18 can be easily manufactured, and repairing and replacement result in only a required layer. A structure of respective layers can be simplified by specifying the function required for the respective layers.
