Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document holder of a resin which does not need to stick printed paper, etc. and is capable of direct printing by an ink-jet printer, etc. SOLUTION: In the plane-rectangular document holder 2 of the resin in which two sides extending from one angular corner A are made seals 21 and 22, a water-absorbent or oil absorbent ink receiving layer at least H in pencil hardness and 0.2 mm or below in thickness (when dried) is formed at least in a part of the inside surface of a sheet 20 constituting the holder 2, and the thickness of the sheet 20 is 0.05-2 mm. Since the ink receiving layer has pencil hardness of at least H and a dry thickness of 0.2 mm or below and is formed on the inside surface of the sheet 20, free description and printing are possible by an oily ink or an aqueous ink, and the document holder which is resistant to ink bleeding and has high surface strength can be provided.
