Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of promptly and simply detecting methylated cytosins in DNA. SOLUTION: Whether the C atoms on the 5' side of G in a DNA sample that includes the target sequence containing the dinucleotide (CpN dinucleotide) that is composed of both the Cs that is to be methylated and the nucleotide on the 3' side can be methylated or not is judged by the results of the hybridization that is carried out between the oligonucleotide that is immobilized on the board and has a base sequence complementary or identical to the sequence of which the Cs except those of the CpN dinucleotide in the target sequence are all substituted with T, a plurality of capture oligonucleotides at least including an oligonucleotide having a base sequence complementary or identical to that derived by substituting all of C on the target sequence with T and the DNA sample or a PCR product thereof in which the unmethylated cytosines are deaminated to convert to uracil. |
