PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of special reproducing like fast forward or reverse reproducing of even scrambled data. SOLUTION: When scrambled data is recorded, data is scrambled once to detect the boundaries of pictures and is recorded on the basis of table data generated on the basis of the boundaries of the pictures and describes the address of a recording part each picture data to be written, and the table data itself is recorded together. At the time of special reproducing, data of only a required part is read out from scrambled recorded data on the basis of the recorded table data.
