UNLOCKING DEVICE OF GAUGE VARIABLE TRUCK FOR ROLLING STOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocking device of a gauge variable truck for a rolling stock capable of smoothly dropping an axle, in the gauge variable truck for the rolling stock where the axle is dropped with respect to the other truck part to release a gauge lock. SOLUTION: The unlocking device comprises a guide rail 40 having downward gradient in the traveling direction of the gauge variable truck 1, a guide carriage 41 movable along the guide rail 40, and an engaging member 60 engaging with the guide carriage 41 in the axle of the truck 1. The guide carriage 41 engages with the engaging member 60 in moving the gauge variable truck 1 into a guide rail install section, the engaging member 60 is dropped together with the guide carriage 41 in response to the traveling of the truck 1, the axle 3 is dropped in escape from the guide rail install section to release the engagement of the guide carriage 41 with the engaging member 60, and the axle 3 is certainly dropped.
