Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle cooling method, and a processing device, capable of improving position precision of a processed hole even in case heat generation quantity at a spindle is varied. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a spindle 11 to rotatably support a rotor, a coolant supply device 30 to supply fluid (coolant) at preset temperature to a passage formed in the spindle 11, and a circulation passage 35 to circulate the fluid between the spindle 11 and the coolant supply device 30. The spindle 11 is cooled by the fluid. A flow rate regulating device 50 is provided to regulate the flow rate of the fluid supplied to the spindle 11 based on temperature of the fluid discharged from the spindle 11.
