Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure biological information indicating a health state at all times and to accurately manage the health state of a user from the required sufficient biological information. SOLUTION: A health management terminal is provided with a biological information measurement part 18 for measuring the biological information for judging the health state of the user, a buffer 16 for holding the measured biological information for a prescribed period and a main memory 17 whose storage capacity is larger than the buffer 16. A CPU 11 judges whether or not the biological information measured by the biological information measurement part 18 is a normal value on the basis of preset normal value range information, stores the biological information and the biological information measured in the prescribed period before the measurement time in the main memory 17 in the case that the biological information is not the normal value, and stores only the biological information matching with a prescribed condition in the main memory 17 in the case that the biological information is the normal value.
