ELECTRONIC PART MOUNTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part mounting apparatus for taking a superior image of an electronic part effectively while a shifting head and a camera for recognizing the part are moved in a pair. SOLUTION: In the electronic part mounting apparatus, an electronic part is picked up by a suction nozzle and mounted on a board. A shifting head 9 having a suction nozzle 9a for sucking an electronic part P, and a camera unit 10 having a plurality of cameras 10a provided with its imaging face downward, are moved in a pair at an upper part of a reflective unit 11 so that the reflective light from the electronic part P is sequentially reflected by an objective incident mirror 12, an intermediate reflective mirror 13, and a camera- oriented incident mirror 14 and entered to the camera 10a. These members are so arranged that the light entered from a vertical upper side to the objective incident mirror 12 is entered from a vertical lower side from the camera-oriented incident mirror 14 to the camera 10a. As a result, independently to the relative positions of the reflective unit 11 and the camera unit 10, a correct image can be taken without stopping the camera unit 10.
