Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of appearance insufficiency caused by contamination of foreign matters, and prevent reduction of manufacturing yield. SOLUTION: In a display optical filter to use a transparent electroconductive film with a protecting film wherein on a one side face of a transparent polymer film (B), at least a high refractive index oxide layer (a) and a layer (b) having silver as the main component are repeatedly laminated for at least twice and for 6 times at the maximum having (a)/(b) as the repeating unit, and in which the protecting film (D) is pasted on the electroconductive layer (C) having a laminated constitution wherein (a) has been formed at the outermost layer, adhered foreign matters when the electroconductive layer (C) is formed by a sputtering method are removed and the number of adhered foreign matters between electroconductive layer (C) and the protecting film (D) are made to be 40 pieces/cm or less.
