Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve collecting efficiency of contaminated gas or the like, to reduce size, and to reduce influence of disturbance airflow in a push-pull type ventilating device. SOLUTION: In the push-pull type ventilating device 10, air outlets 23a of an air supply means 20 issue air supply flow 23e, and suction ports 31 of an exhausting means 30 suck the air supply flow 23e. The direction of the air outlets 23a tilts to a contaminated gas flow 43 side. The air outlets 23a are circular, and respective air outlets 23a are arranged horizontally in a line.
