Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost and improve heat resistance, by improving a copper-base sintered alloy, which contains Cr as a wear resisting and arc resisting component, graphite and/or metal sulfide as a lubricating component, P and Sn as a sintering matrix component, and 2-6% Bi as a lubrication reinforcing component. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is characterized by reducing a Bi content of 2-6 wt.% to '0.5 wt.% or more but less than 2 wt.%'. The method of reducing the Bi content to 0.5-2 wt.% saves Bi of an expensive material, maintains the superior wear resistance, and further improves the arc resistance. |
