Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method which can improve a cissing resistance of a coating film on various liquid coating materials different in kinds of resins and pigments, or the like. SOLUTION: In a wet coating film just after coating a liquid coating material to a material to be coated, this method improves the cissing resistance of the coating film by controlling the viscosity of the coating material measured by a stationary flow determination with a shear rate at 20 deg.C of 5 sec in the range of 0.2-1.0 pa.s and a rate (G'/G'') of a storage elasticity modulus G' and a loss elasticity modulus G'' by a vibration measurement with an angular frequency at 20 deg.C of 10 rad/sec in the range of 0.1-0.25.
