PROCESSING EQUIPMENT FOR COMPOSTING OF KITCHEN GARBAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of bad odor, insects and worms, and to increase the treating capacity. SOLUTION: The content of a container containing kitchen garbage or the like is agitated without using driving power by rotating the container on a table with rollers. Several boards are installed for better agitation of the content of the container. The container is rolled on a gently inclined plane by controlling the container with a brake and rope to prevent the run-away. Aerobic high- temperature fermentation is caused by the agitation of the content and accelerates the composting. Thanks to the high-temperature fermentation, the generation of insects and worms is curbed and the equipment can be kept clean. As the content is agitated by rotating the container, the aerobic high- temperature fermentation is brought about, which prevents the generation of bad odor and can cleanly and quickly compost the garbage. When the compost is produced in large quantities, a larger container is used without using the table with rollers, but by moving the container around the ends of a field.
