Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of residual pressure at operation stop by supplying a pressure feeding pump with feeding material such as garbage without applying extra pressure and by pressure feeding without excessive compaction. SOLUTION: At the start of operation, a screw feeder 2 is driven first, and a pressure feeding pump 6 is driven when boost pressure of a material 1 into a hopper 3 detected by an earth pressure gauge 35 reaches within a target range. During normal operation, based on a detected value of the pressure gauge 35, the material 1 is pressure fed while controlling rotation of a screw of the screw feeder 2 so that the boost pressure does not exceed the target range. At operation stop, after driving of the screw feeder 2 is stopped, when the boost pressure is lowered below a lower limit of the target range, driving of the pressure feeding pump 6 is stopped so as to stop pressure feeding.
