SOLUTION: A belt rise preventive device 10 disposed on a catenary part 1 has a plurality of rollers 21-23 which are disposed from the lower side of the belt 2 to the upper side on both sides in order to lift both ends in the width direction of the belt 2, and round the belt 2 in a half-pipe shape. The lower roller 21 is disposed to support a center part in the width direction of the belt 2 at the position H2 lower than the belt passing line H1 regulated by front and back carrier rollers 3 of the raise preventive device 10, and the rollers 23 on the upper side on both sides are disposed at the position in which the downwardly pressing force is given to both ends in the width direction of the belt 2 rounded in a half-pipe shape, and an open part 2A can be ensured between both ends of the belt 2.
