Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction agitation welding device, capable of stably transmitting pressure without increasing the size of the device. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 26 is fixed to a rotor 22, and a hollow pressure shaft 27 is installed enveloping the rotating shaft 26. The rotating shaft 26 is allowed to move in the direction of the rotating axis line L, and is driven with a motor 25 for rotation to rotate around the rotating axis line L. The pressure shaft 27 is supported rotatably with a main frame 29, while an external screw is formed on its periphery and a nut member 53 is screwed together thereto. The rotor 22 is held rotatably with a header 40. The header 40 is connected to the nut member 53 through a bracket 70. Accordingly, when the pressure shaft 27 is rotated around the rotating axis line L with the motor 24 for translatory movement, the rotor 22 moves straight through the intermediary of the nut member 53, the bracket 70 and the header 40, and pressurizes the work. |
