Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for disposing in a cement factory concentrated sludge produced in a sewage-treatment plant, etc., by carrying the concentrated sludge to the cement factory, saving a cost and avoiding an environmental problem accompanied by the carrying as far as possible. SOLUTION: The concentrated sludge 2 produced in the sewage-treatment plant 1 is carried to a port 6 near the cement factory 5 on a ship 4, and, after unloading, is brought into the cement factory 5 as it is, and used as a portion of fuel for cement production. If the cement factory 5 is far from the port 3, the concentrated sludge is dehydrated by means of a dehydrating apparatus in the neighborhood or on the ship 4 to make dehydrated cakes, which are then brought into the cement factory.
