Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize incineration ash by easily and cheaply turning it harmless in a treatment device for incineration ash for effectively utilizing the incineration ash of general waste and industrial waste by turning it harmless. SOLUTION: The device comprise an incinerator 2 for incinerating the waste, a treatment device 3 for exhaust gas for treating exhaust gas B from the incinerator 2, and an aging device 4 for stabilizing heavy metals in incineration ash A by contacting the exhaust gas B from the treatment device 3 for the exhaust gas with the incineration ash A from the incinerator 2. The aging device 4 is specially provided, as a result, the heavy metals in the incineration ash A is stabilized by contacting the exhaust gas B from the treatment device 3 for exhaust gas with the incineration ash A from the incinerator 2.
