Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide physical factors to change the brain wave by stimulating the brain wave in the mental and the physical states of a person, and to enhance the effect for stimulating the brain wave. SOLUTION: By this method, the physical factors to stimulate the brain wave are provided in response to the mental and physical states of the person. Person's information (S1) indicating the relationship between the mental and physical states and the physical factors to stimulate the brain wave is input in a device (S2 and S3). The device selects the physical factors of the person based on the mental and physical states by referring to the recorded information (S4). Then, the selected physical factors of the person (S5) are provided.
