Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor for mixing drug that can respond to vials having different diameters, and to provide a solution container equipped with the adaptor. SOLUTION: The adaptor for mixing drug is provided with a disk-shaped partition wall 12, a cylindrical foundation section 13 nearly vertically erected on the peripheral edge of the partition wall 12, and plate-like vial holding legs 14 erected on the top section 13a of the foundation section 13 at prescribed intervals. The adaptor is also provided with a solution-container mouth section holding pipe 18 nearly vertically erected on the peripheral edge of the partition wall 12 on the side opposite to the foundation section 13 and a double ended needle composed of a pair of needle bodies 11a and 11b which are respectively erected communicatively with each other on both surfaces of the partition wall 12. A total of 6-15 vial holding legs 14 is provided on the top section 13a of the foundation section 13 and the outer peripheral surface of the foundation section 13 has a groove section 15 formed along the circumferential direction x of the section 13. In addition, the partition wall 12, foundation section 13, vial holding legs 14, holding pipe 18, and needle bodies 11a and 11b are integrally formed of a thermoplastic resin.
