Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum valve capable of stably providing the disconnecting performance with a simple electrode structure. SOLUTION: A pair of electrodes 15 are mounted inside of a vacuum container in a state of being abutted on and separated from each other, and comprise contacts 1 opposite to each other, and recessed cup-type electrodes 2 respectively adhered to a rear face of the contact 1, and formed by a cylindrical part having plural slits 4 and a bottom flat part. An electrode shaft 5 is fixed to the bottom flat part of the cup-type electrode 2. A cylindrical reinforcement member 6 coaxial inserted into the electrode shaft 5 is joined to the bottom flat part of the cup-type electrode 2 and the electrode shaft 5 to prevent the crushing of the slits 4 by the impact in opening and closing.
