Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the bottommost disk in a disk stack situated closer to the lower wall of the housing of a cable connector and thereby to enable more disks to be loaded, by providing a recess in the housing that accepts a circuit board and a connector to be electrically connected to an external circuit. SOLUTION: While the housing of the cable connector is provided with a recess, the curved joining part of the recess is engaged with the curved external end face of a housing for a disk driving mechanism. The cable connector is designed to accept a connector, which is to be electrically connected to an external circuit, and a circuit board which is to be electrically connected to an electric motor or a converter.
